Organising Matters was established by Miriam Hurworth in 2008 when she realised her passion for organising could be used to help others.

 

Miriam's vision for Organising Matters is to provide quality professional organising services to people who want assistance organising their space, time or money.

 

Organising Matters commits to:

• providing a professional standard of service for hands-on organising;
• working with clients to find practical solutions to their organisational issues;
• teaching clients how to use their newly implemented systems; and,
• offering continuous improvement tips where appropriate.

A keen organiser since she was young, Miriam has always enjoyed planning, creating systems, sorting and helping others be organised.

 

Miriam's passion for systems and organisation lead to different areas of interest, including the completion of a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Banking and Finance) and a Master of Business (Event Management).

 

During the 10 years she has spent working across these disciplines, Miriam has found that managing her time, paper and data were all paramount in ensuring she was able to operate calmly and effectively. It didn't matter whether this was when she was running fundraising events for charity, organising more than 100 school activities across the course of a year, being responsible for payroll at a recruitment firm or managing an office.

 

Miriam has also had plenty of experience handling sensitive and confidential information, having worked in the finance, education and recruitment industries. So rest assured that she will handle your belongings and situation without judgement and with your privacy in mind.
